4. Orders, Delivery, and Revisions

After you place an order, we begin building or customizing your Website. Any delivery timelines are targets, not guarantees. Where stated, a round of revisions may be included. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.

5. Domains and Email

Domain registration and email services are subject to availability and third-party terms. You are responsible for ensuring domain and email details are accurate. If we manage renewals on your behalf, you authorize us to bill applicable fees. Domain transfers and DNS changes may require verification.

6. Fees and Payment

Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. One-time fees are charged at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout or in a written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our tools, templates, code, and methodologies. Upon full payment, you own the final Website content and custom assets we create specifically for you, excluding any third-party licensed materials. We grant you a license to use any third-party content included with your Website as permitted by the provider.

9. Your Content and Permissions

You represent that you have rights to any Content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us permission to use your Content to deliver the Services.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities. You must not attempt to disrupt the Services, access systems without authorization, or misuse customer data.
